Payment plan 1 :

Land cost is Rs. 1700/= per sq. ft. which needs to be paid within 45 days of booking, in following two instalments:

i- Rs. 600 per sq. ft.- at the time of booking,
ii- Rs. 1100 per sq. ft. - within 45 days of booking,

Payment plan 2 :
